PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

After an experience in auditing at Deloitte & Touche , Guido Pignanelli continued his professional activity in the Tax firm linked to Deloitte, where he worked as Tax Director and Associate.   At the beginning of 2005 he founded his own firm, named MGP Studio Tributario, of which he is  founding partner and currently is managing partner.

In addition to tax advice activity, he acts as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies and is also a member of the Supervisory Committee, as per Ex Law Decree 231, for several companies.

FOCUS ON ACTIVITIES

As  Chartered Accountant, he mainly deals with corporate tax issues relating to both domestic and international transactions, with a particular specialization in:

• Extraordinary transactions;
• Transfer Pricing analysis;
• Tax litigation;
• M & A transactions, team coordinator for corporate acquisitions, assistance to National and International Private Equity Funds.

 

STUDIES

• Graduated with honors in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.
